In the world of wholesale distribution pricing your goods is not always as simple as determining six levels of pricing or giving your customers set discounts across your entire range of goods.

There is sometimes the need to provide for a more complex pricing structure. FinancePlus supports this through our optional Pricing Matrix module. And the same philosophy behind the standard FinancePlus modules has been applied to the Pricing Matrix module - make it simple and easy to use.

Each customer in FinancePlus can be assigned to a Pricing Matrix in the FinancePlus Cardfile.

Categories or Parts

It doesn’t matter whether you wish to apply special pricing to Inventory categories or individual items, the FinancePlus Pricing Matrix allows you to maintain complex pricing on both.

The Pricing Matrix module also allows you to maintain a price structure for a category and then over-ride that with special pricing for products within that category.

Date Range and Quantity Breaks

Each product category or item pricing can be enforced through two variables - date range and quantity breaks. The Pricing Matrix allows you to use either variable or both.

Unlimited Matrices

FinancePlus supports the creation of unlimited pricing matrices. So no matter how many customer pricing structures you have, you can be assured that FinancePlus can look after them all.
