Email Invoices and Statements

When preparing invoices for customers, users can choose to produce an Adobe Acrobat version of the invoice and email it to the customer. This is a distinct advantage over simply emailing a text version of an invoice to a customer as text-formatted invoices may be editted by your customer and look untidy. Acrobat documents are uneditable and look exactly like the document printed by yourself. FinancePlus also allows for customer statements to be emailed to clients.

E-Commerce Store

FinancePlus also offers an optional e-commerce product called BizMerchant, which plugs directly into our accounting system. Remotely hosted, this product allows you to have a business-to-business online store which generates orders that can be directly imported into the Sales Order module of FinancePlus with no re-keying.

EDI Interaction

When dealing with large retail customers, wholesalers are regularly asked to join an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) network in order to continue to supply goods to these customers. FinancePlus accounting software has been designed to handle interaction with EDI systems.
