FinancePlus has the ability to interact with two contact management software systems - Legrand CRM and Goldmine. In each case seamless interaction between your FinancePlus accounting database and your contact management database is provided through an optional module.

Now your sales and marketing staff can have up to date financial information about their customers without needing direct access to the accounting system.

For every Customer or Supplier the following information can be transferred from FinancePlus to Legrand CRM or Goldmine:-

• Current outstanding balance
• Last transaction date and transaction amount
• Current year transaction totals
• Last Year’s transaction totals

In addition to the financial summaries that are transferred to Legrand CRM or GoldMine you can determine which system, FinancePlus or your contact management system, is the master database for address and contact information.

The contact management interface module is accessible from within FinancePlus. There is no need to run a separate program to translate data between the two systems.

When the contact management interface is called up, you decide what kind of action to take. (See picture at top).

You can choose to:-

• update financial summaries in Legrand CRM or Goldmine
• scan for new accounts in Legrand CRM or Goldmine that need to be created in FinancePlus
• scan for new accounts in FinancePlus that need to be created in Legrand CRM or Goldmine
• update address information (contact management system to FinancePlus or FinancePlus to contact management system)
