Like
the rest of FinancePlus, the Cardfile has been designed to improve efficiency
while allowing users easy access to the information they need.
Cardfile entries are broken down into groups: Customers, Suppliers, Creditors, Employees and Salespeople. From these subscreens, users can drill down into particular companies to find out more detail.
Once in the Cardfile details screen, users are immediately presented with basic contact information, such as address, contact person and phone numbers. Also presented are details on the parent company (if there is one) and watch out notes.
Marked clearly across the page are tabs providing access to clearly identifiable groups of information such as shipping addresses, payment terms, pricing and banking details, notes, and e-commerce settings.
A powerful feature of FinancePlus, the Cardfile acts as a gateway to a vast amount of information on your contacts. Used with the optional contact management interaction module, the cardfile offers even greater power.
Cardfile Features:
- Same cardfile can be both Customer and Creditor

- Define preferred Selling currency per customer
- Define default buying currency for suppliers
